Proper training is an essential element of mold remediation. Giertsen is actively training our Technician through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification. In addition, we have Certified Mold Remediators (CMRs) on staff at all Giertsen locations. This certification is through the IAQA, a recognized industry leader.
A key step in the mold remediation process is establishing a controlled environment through proper drying and containment. Our specialized equipment is designed to mitigate the extent of contamination and achieve clearance test standards.
Giertsen Company uses specialized computerized systems to aid in the reception, estimating, and scheduling of all of our jobs.
Call Tracking
All of our new leads are tracked within the company and assigned a ticket. This allows us to keep track of any developments or changes for each job individually, and provides our staff with a quick and simple way to look up any important information.
Estimating
All of our estimators use the industry-standard Xactimate software. This robust estimating software allows our estimators to accurately identify and value each loss. Insurance companies also support the software, and work hand-in-hand with us during the whole process.
Job Scheduling
We use a specialized job scheduling package to schedule our jobs. This keeps our staff on track and on schedule during the entire job process, and allows us to keep the property owner up-to-date as well.
Job Track
The JobTrack system, accessible from the menu on the left, gives a quick and easy way to check on the project we are currently working on for them. Information such as the production schedule, signed documentation and progress photos are all easily found simply by logging in!
